DASTOMIZE SUBSCRIPTION UPDATES ANNOUNCEMENT

As we continue to release core feature improvements, Dastomize will make a necessary update to how subscriptions work that will affect your accounts immediately.
We are now offering Dastomize subscription plans at multiple levels, allowing pro subscribers to enjoy the benefits across their entire team accounts.

Business Plan:

Monthly (US$39 / Month).
Yearly (US$390 / Year) with 02 Months Free.

Enterprise Plan:

With dedicated and negotiated add-on services, we can help you customize your plan and pricing starting at US$2000.

Usage Transaction Fee:

Billed at the end of billing cycle based on qualified orders (for every order fulfilled and processed through Dastomize).

UPGRADE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

Step 1: Navigate to the Billings menu.
Step 2: Go to Subscription Plans page.
Step 3: In the Business plan, switch the toggle between Monthly and Yearly to find the best option for you. Then press the UPDATE PLAN button.



Step 4: If this is your first time entering a card, please click Add Payment Method in the pop-up Subscription Checkout window.



Step 5: After adding your payment method, select your card to process payment and then click the UPGRADE NOW button.



Step 6: At this point, your selected credit card will be charged. You will see a successful notice appear like this.



Step 7: You will see your current plan and the billing cycle appear on top of the page.



The Business Plan is charged immediately, while Usage Transaction Fee is charged at the end of billing cycle based on your qualified orders.

MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS

1/ How to access your payment methods:

To access your billing information, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to your Dastomize account
Step 2: Navigate to the Billings menu
Step 3: Go to Payment Methods



If you cannot see the Billing section in your Billings menu, please contact our support team and request that it be enabled.

2/ How to add your payment method:

Step 1: On the Payment Methods page, click on Add Payment Method to add your payment card details.



Step 2: Enter your credit card number, expiration date, security code (CVV / CVC), billing ZIP code and card holder's name.



Step 3: Click Add Payment Card to finish adding the card. The new card will then appear in your Payment Methods list.



You can easily add multiple credit cards as a billing method. However, please remember to select one billing method and mark it as "Default" in order to prioritize using that card.

UPDATE YOUR SUBSCRIBED PLAN

Step 1: Navigate to the Billings menu.
Step 2: Go to Subscription Plans page.
Step 3: In the Business plan, switch the toggle from Monthly to Yearly. Then press the UPDATE PLAN button.



Step 4: The pop-up Subscription Checkout window appears, please select a card and click the UPGRADE NOW button to continue checking out.



The unused time on your previous plan will be deducted from your current payment.
