Dastomize offers different plans with different features, as well as add-ons, allowing you to choose the plan and extras that best suit your business needs.
This guide is for active Dastomize account holders to help you find where you may view or change your current account plan, billing information, and add your payment card.

If you haven't started a Dastomize account yet, check our Pricing Page for currently available plans and details on those plans, and sign up for a 30-day free trial while you're there!


In Billings > Overview, here you can see what plan you’re currently on and adjust it if you need to. This section provides details about the subscription such as your current plan, charge details, billing cycle and number of processed orders.
To upgrade your plan, click on the green Upgrade Your Plan button, then the system will redirect you to the payment page. After the system successfully records the payment, the paid plan will be activated.
To see the quantity of orders processed by Dastomize, check on the right-hand.


In Billings > Pricing Plans, you can see Dastomize's current available plans, along with the details of what each plan includes.

Dastomize has two plans to choose from: Business and Enterprise.
The Business Plan has two billing cycles: $29.0 monthly and $290 annually.
The Enterprise Plan has its own price structure.

All plans include full access to all features, with Enterprise you can have custom feature requests​ and more.
Dastomize gives you the option of only paying for the add-ons you use.
Flexible charging depending on the number of orders processed in your store (transaction fees) ensures that your business only pays for the exact amount of usage.
To see the Monthly and Yearly prices, click the toggle in the Business Plan column. If you sign up for our Yearly plan, we would gladly give you two months free.
To upgrade from Trial to paid plan, you can either click the blue Upgrade button or go to Billings > Overview and click Upgrade Your Plan.
To upgrade to the Enterprise plan, click the Contact Sales button. Our team will cover all of your questions about this plan and provide you with all of the information you need to get started.

For more information, Dastomize bill has two parts: Basic Fee and Transaction Fee.
– The Basic Fee is a monthly charge of $29.00, or $290.00 per year (if you choose to purchase the Yearly Plan).
– Transaction Fee is a recurring fee that users need to pay monthly based on your Dastomize usage on each fulfilled order. Once you hit your free order limit (20 orders), you’ll be charged a transaction fee (in USD) for each extra order at the end of the subscription month:
Free transaction fee for the first 20 orders.
$0.4 transaction fee for up to 200 orders.
$0.3 transaction fee for up to 1,000 orders.
$0.2 transaction fee for up to 5,000 orders.
$0.1 transaction fee from 5.001 orders and above.

For example, you will be charged as below if your processed order quantity is:
Example 1: 500 orders
Transaction Fee = $0.40*(200-20 Free orders) + $0.30*(300 orders) = US$162.00
Example 2: 1980 orders
Transaction Fee = $0.40*(200-20) + $0.30*(800) + $0.20*(980) = US$508.00
Example 3: 7699 orders
Transaction Fee = $0.40*(200-20) + $0.30*(800) + $0.20*(4000) + 0.10*(2699) = US$1381.90

In short, if you purchase Dastomize Monthly plan and process 7699 orders (example 3) in that month:
– You will be charged $29.00 at the START of the month.
– Then you will be charged US$1381.90 at the END of the month.

To calculate your Dastomize usage, scroll to the bottom of the page to see the calculation area, or click the Estimate your costs button. Continue adding your typical number of orders per month to estimate your monthly costs. If you surpass 100.000 orders per month, a Contact Sale button will appear.

Note: When you cancel the current paid plan, the plan's features will still be maintained until the time that plan expires.


To add billing methods, go to Billings > Payment Methods
Dastomize supports all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover) and PayPal. You can update your credit card information at any time through this section.

Instructions for adding your payment card:

Step 1: Go to Billings menu > Payment Methods.
Step 2: Click Add a New Billing Method.
Step 3: Fill out all 5 fields with your credit card information.
Step 4: Then, click the Add Payment Card button.

Note: You need to re-enter all payment card information if you are updating any part of your payment card information. For example, if you are updating the expiration date, you will need to re-enter all the other information.

Dastomize allows users to use a 30-day free trial to experience all the unique and powerful features before deciding to use the paid plan. With a 30-day trial, you can use the Dastomize app for free with full functionality, but the app only supports fulfilling the first 20 orders

If you decide not to use Dastomize in your business within 30 days from your first payment, you may request a full refund. This applies to both annual and monthly subscriptions.
