WEB-TO-PRINT SOLUTION


Your orders will be sent to Dastomize and our app create ready-for-print print files for your orders automatically.
You are also able to download final file PNG / JPG / JPEG with high resolution 300 DPI with one click. By this way, POD businesses are able to make personalized products super fast and easily.

Dastomize also allows you to edit the personalized details and re-render production design file directly in app with unlimited times before submitting order to fulfillment provider.

ORDER SOURCE


With our intuitive Order Management Dashboard, you can keep track of and analyze your daily orders.
Our app can fulfill not only in-app orders but also orders from outside sources (in some manual, specific cases and marketplace orders such as Amazon, Etsy, etc.).


Whenever you change an order status in Dastomize, it will real-time sync to WooCommerce.

HOW TO PROCESS ORDERS


Currently, you can submit order directly from Dastomize to these API-integrated fulfillment providers:
CustomCat
ShineOn

IN-APP ORDERS


Dastomize allows you to process in-app orders automatically and quickly. Then, they are fulfilled and shipped by your favorite services such as CustomCat, ShineOn, GearGag, Dreamship, Gearment, Gelato, Printify, Printful, ScalablePress, Merchize…

CUSTOMCAT ORDER

Step 1: Dastomize receives the order from customer:
After an order is successfully placed on live store, it will be automatically synced from WooCommerce to Dastomize.


Step 2: Wait for the Count-down timer to Order submission.
According to your Order Submit time (hours) setting in the Settings Tab under Integrations > Online Stores, all in-app orders will be submitted after your setting time.

If you would like change any personalized details, you must edit design and rerender the final production design file before Dastomize submits your order.

Step 3: Dastomize automatically submits the order from Dastomize to CustomCat
After your order is submitted to fulfillment provider, you will see a notice "Submitted Order to CustomCat" and the Submit Order button will be deactivated.

In CustomCat, you can find the submitted order under the connected API store. Click Edit to open its Order Details.

Click on the Design area to open the final production design file that CustomCat received from Dastomize:

It will look like this:


At this time, your order cannot be edited anymore.

Step 4: CustomCat fulfills the order and send a tracking number to Dastomize.
When CustomCat fulfilled an order:
A tracking number will be automatically sent from CustomCat to Dastomize
Dastomize will also send this tracking number to your WooCommerce store and mark the order as Completed.


SHINEON ORDER

Step 1: Dastomize receives the order from customer:
After an order is successfully placed on live store, it will be automatically synced from WooCommerce to Dastomize.


Step 2: Wait for the Count-down timer to Order submission.


Step 3: Dastomize automatically submits the order from Dastomize to ShineOn.
After your order is submitted to fulfillment provider, you will see a notice "Submitted Order to ShineOn" and the Submit Order button will be deactivated.


In ShineOn, you can find the submitted order under the connected API store. Click on the order's SHINE ID to open its Order Details.

With ShineOn, you still have the opportunity to change the design if the order hasn't been paid and in production yet. You can contact ShineOn support team or upload new design file with "Resolve a problem" button.

Step 4: ShineOn fulfills the order and send a tracking number to Dastomize.
When ShineOn fulfilled an order:
A tracking number will be automatically sent from ShineOn to Dastomize
Dastomize will also send this tracking number to your WooCommerce store and mark the order as Completed.


ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES


In some manual, specific cases and marketplace orders such as Amazon, Etsy, etc., you will have to edit the personalized design instead of the customers (because they placed the order from another platform and Dastomize cannot receive their personalization).

Here are 4 steps to process orders from outside sources:
Step 1: Dastomize receives the order from customer.
Step 2: Find the order on Dastomize and Edit design by yourself.
On Edit Order Page, click Edit Design button to open the personalization editing window:
- You must follow customer's personalized preview on the platform to edit the personalization in app as look like as shown. Please double check that all personalized information is correct (Images, spelling, etc.).
- Click Finish & Preview then select "YES, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!" to allow Dastomize render new design.
Wait for around 30 seconds, click View Design to open newly generated design file.

You can rerender unlimited times BEFORE submitting an order.
Step 3: Manually submit the order from Dastomize to fulfillment provider by clicking the Submit Order button.
After this step, your order CANNOT be edited anymore.
Step 4: Fulfillment provider fulfills the order and sends the tracking number to Dastomize and your WooCommerce store.


ORDERS FROM NON-INTEGRATED FULFILLMENT PROVIDERS


If your Fulfillment provider is not integrated with Dastomize yet, you can download the final production design file and manually submit to your fulfillment account:
Step 1: On Edit Order Page, click View Design to open the final design file of each order in Dastomize.


Step 2: Download the order design file by right-clicking on the image, select Save Image As...

Step 3: Go to your fulfillment account on provider page, create new order manually:
Fill in order details such as: Product style, size, color; recipient's address, ...
Upload order design file.
Submit your order.
Step 4: Manually input the tracking number from your fulfillment provider account to Dastomize when the order is completed. Then, tracking will automatically synced from Dastomize to your WooCommerce store.
