ARTWORKS

Artwork is the very first image layer you'll need to upload before personalization settings.
If you use an entire artwork as a background, a suitable artwork for personalization should leave room for other resources such as: text, clipart and mask.
Or, you can combine multiple objects and arrange them as your wish to create the final Artwork.

Upload Artworks
Dastomize allows you to upload an image as Artwork, for further settings.
Step 1: Go to Resource > Artworks.
Step 2: Hit the Upload New button.
Step 3: Drag and drop to upload the images, or click anywhere on the square area to select files from your computer.
Step 4: Click Upload.

Mask is a feature to apply something (e.g.: a photo, star map, street map...) to a very specific portion of an image. A vector mask creates a sharp-edged shape on a layer and is useful anytime you want to add a design element with clean and defined edges.

CLIPART COLLECTIONS

What is Clipart?
Clipart is a collection of pre-made images that can be an alternative to your design. Customers can select one or more clipart to personalize their items on your storefront.

For example, if you upload a category of "Cat Breed" cliparts. Then on live store, you can show this category for customers to select their cat breed in the final design.

Upload Cliparts
You should upload cliparts from the beginning for further personalization steps. Otherwise, you cannot upload cliparts when defining the design.
